Parenting can be complicated and full of challenges. And it doesn’t come with an instruction manual. But positive parenting skills, like any other skills, are something that can be taught, learned, and practiced.

In the midst of a global pandemic, it’s more important than ever to start connecting. Connecting with our kids, with their teachers, their coaches, their schools, their interests, and with local programming and resources designed to help you strengthen your parenting skillsets.

Research shows well-trained parents help youth avoid substance use disorder and have better life outcomes.
