PA Start is a primary prevention initiative of the Commonwealth Prevention Alliance (CPA)’s Campaign to Stop Opiate Abuse (PA Stop) and is paid for by Pennsylvania taxpayer dollars and made possible by a grant from the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) through the joint efforts of these Pennsylvania-based organizations committed to promoting positive behavior and healthy choices in our youth communities:
